The following constructive feedback points were stated by Mr. Varun Kedia, Pangea3:
• The level of legal knowledge and awareness of the students, as determined by them in the course of the interviews- is above expectations in terms of quality.
• They were aware that RMLNLU has started to acquire a good name for itself over time.
• There is a need to create a standard format for CVs- Including the GPI score and the percentage marks obtained in 10th and 12th.
• All achievements and experiences must be mentioned in the CVs- even if the candidate seems to think they are unimportant or inconsequential.
• During GDs and PIs, it is important to select a room fitted to the audience/interviewee capacity- if the interviewee has to walk a long distance in order to come and give his interview- he may feel intimidated.
• Passport size photographs of short-listed candidates should be available to the Placement Committee.
• The campus of RMLNLU is “one of the best in India”.
The soft copy of this feedback is available in the placecom blog: http://placementcommitteermlnlu.blogspot.com/
